The Creator Pass - Launch

As CreativeLive shifted to allow for a subscription offering, we needed to connect with students to learn what their needs were and how we could better help them. In turn, we needed to communicate the new option clearly through messaging to new and existing users. I partnered with the product manager on the project to conduct video interviews with students. From those conversations and surveys we were able to effectively create a new product offering called the Creator Pass, that fit within the aspirational brand framework.
